  • 2 (12 oz.) bags semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 10 oz. chow mein noodles
  • Flaky salt (optional, for topping)

How to Make Boone Family Dixie Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch

  1. 1. Place the chocolate chips, peanut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  2. 2. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir well. Continue microwaving in 30-second bursts, stirring after each, until everything is completely melted and smooth.
  3. 3. Add the chow mein noodles to the melted chocolate mixture. Stir gently until all the noodles are well coated.
  4. 4. Drop tablespoonfuls onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with flaky salt if desired.
